Well, I don't do that every week, because I don't have time to watch
that many movies. I've been using Netflix since they first started, so
they've had plenty of time to screw me over. But I'm not one of these
people who try and get 30 rentals every month either.

I never said be happy. I said it's a fact of life and it's best to
ignore the bullshit and judge the company based on what they deliver,
not what you think they should deliver in some perfect world.

That speaks volumes. Clearly, a lot of people are very satisfied with
Netflix, making it hard even for a giant like BB to make inroads into
that market. Not if they want to make a profit.

Yeah, all of them. IOW, Netflix provides the best mail rental service.
(There are others besides BB, or at least used to be.) From what I'm
reading, Netflix's streaming service is becoming a big hit, so they're
getting even more popular.
