Typical Nappy BS.

He has NEVER taken any of these seminars as he clearly imagines himself
to be far above them.

So he's blowing hot air. Like the guy who wants to critique the movie,
but doesn't feel it necessary to actually WATCH it. Pathetic.

Nap, speak about what you KNOW about. Not what you're GUESSING about.

I'm pretty familiar with them since I personally taught about 50 of
these seminars during my 10 year long tenure with VM Magazine.

I did lectures for from 15 to 500 attendees, and I can tell you that
year after year, seminar after seminar, I can only think of about 3
isolated individuals in the THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of seminar
attendees I interacted with that didn't feel that they got good value
for their investment.

And I was the guy attendees would have had the BEST chance to complain
to since my seminars were always among the highest rated by the
attendees and I was VERY visible and easy to access.

Folks who had a problem during or after ANY of the presentations could
easily find me to bitch to. But they hardly ever did.

So once again, you are TOTALLY and COMPLETELY wrong in your assertions
above.

Real people are intersted in learning more about video production.

Not all of them can go to "film school." Also, not all of them can get
internships or do well with a total self-education.

The VM seminars appeal to a lot of regular folk, and beginners and
intermediates, who just want to learn more.

Their prices are driven by the marketplace. Nobody forces anyone to pay
anything. So if the prices are unfair, people won't come. But they do.
And in LARGE numbers.

Nappy always appears to have nothing but utter contempt for anyone not
working at HIS vaunted (tho always secret!) level of the video industry
- and for anyone who might feel that they need help in learning
something.

This constant condesention towards others your WORST trait, nap.

Talk about what you KNOW about. Not about what you DON't.

(wow, feels just like old times!)
