Your original question implied that you had already imported
the MPEG video into Premiere and edited it. Is that not the
case?
Can you play these MPEG files on your computer?
Is it your computer that the final PPT will be presented from?
Or is it destined for some other computer? Can the target
computer play your original MPEG video files?
Can you open the MPEG files in Premiere? Can you edit
them?
If you already have the video edited in Premiere, then you can
output it in virtually any file format/codec you wish. We are
suggesting you use WMV or something other than MPEG as
the output format from Premiere. Just because the source
is MPEG does not mean that your output format must also
be MPEG.
Sure, you can make video files that look terrible with most
any codec. But by selecting the proper parameters, you can
also make quite gorgeous looking video with the same codec.
