Tom,
Try this company, www.newcyberian.com. They have a pretty good guidelines
on setting DVD-9 layer break point on their lengthy FAQ. They also have
pretty good cd duplication and dvd duplication pricing in case you need to
mass produce your CDs or DVDs.
Another place to look for is
http://www.gearsoftware.com/howtoguides/dvdvideobreakpoint.cfm.
Your authoring software should also make suggestion to you where the break
point should be. Just make sure the first layer should be bigger than the
second layer and the traveling path should be opposite instead of parallel.
