Excellent idea Richard.
Stick the 10' PVC pipe inside of a larger diameter 11' pipe, secure it
to a roof rack and you should be good to go.
As far as wrinkles, invest in a mini fabric steamer that (primarily)
women use to take wrinkles out of their clothes.
They used to be in stores like Wal-Mart a few years ago, around $25-$30,
as I recall.
