I would keep it folded. You might want to have some gromment holes
installed all the way around your greenscreen and attach rope ties to
each one. Not sure how you hang it, but stretching it to the supports
all the way around (c-stands and rails) should flaten alot of the
wrinkles fairly well. If you light it flat and expose it correctly,
you shouldn't have to worry about a few wrinkles.
I usethe spungee/stretchy greenscreen material that doesn't tend to
wrinkle nearly as much as cloth. Of course I'm sure you have a pretty
penny invested in your muslin already, it sounds like a keeper.
