Let's say I want to do some automatic trading with cooldude73 (see below).
He cancels his Seinfeld dl and the Heroes ep automatically takes its place.
But when he cancels Seinfeld, the video of the second guy in line
(soxfan4ever) begins to dl, which means they now have to share bandwidth.
How do I rig it so that Soxfan's vid does not automatically start when the
first guy in line cancels his vid?
