Yeah, yeah, I've tried all that, and MANY more.
But it seems to have NO effect on how IE handles
things like MP3 and WAV. I just gave up and
removed QTplayer because it wouldn't play smoothly
anyway. (Note: I have seen these behaviors on at
least half a dozen different machines.)
