Netflix has grown rapidly which means there is an inventory crunch. To
alleviate that problem, NF is relying on shipments from distant
warehouses where a title is available. However, they have no control
over the USPS so they cannot predict when the discs will arrive at
your mail drop.
WalMart recently turned over its entire customer base to NF, and it
appears that the result has been poor service for everyone.
