looks fine. Although I woudl opt for the 2.4Ghz Q6600 quad core.
I haven't ever seen a dual head card that doesn't drive two monitors so that
should be fine..
As a comparison I have built about 34 of these:
Asus P5K-VM motherboard
Q6600 cpu
4G 800 DDR2
160G HD
case w/300W supply
As a bare bones system this comes in at only $650 - $700.
Of course you have to add the other things in your list..

Hello. First post here. I've been helping the media crew at church
with their PC issues. They have decided to move their machine down to
the youth building and get a new one for the worship center. I offered
to build one to be sure to get the best rig for their needs. The
machine's primary duty will be to run MediaShout during church
services. Also will be used to play DVDs, videos, the occasional
satellite feed, etc. They have recently installed a video system, so I
can envision that being routed back to this machine in the future as
well.
I would really appreciate any of you MS/video gurus picking this
apart.
Thanks!
