Ripp the DVD with
DVDFab HD Decrypter - http://www.dvdfab.com/free.htm

Maybe shrink the ripped DVD so it fit a DVD5 (4,7Gb) disc with
DVD Shrink - http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/DVD_Shrink/1050004458/1

And burn the ripped DVD to a new disc with
ImgBurn - http://www.imgburn.com/
