Continuing my role as devil's advocate for NF, I respond by pointing
out that NF cannot be required to send out discs that they do not have
in their local inventory. Also, nothing prevents them from shipping a
disc from a distant inventory and thereby incurring a delay.

Actually I still am to some extent. For example, NF said it was
shipping 3 discs Wednesday and I would receive them Thursday. I did
not receive them. I assume I will get them today, which is a day late.
By doing this to me, I can only receive a maximum of 6 discs per week,
instead of the theoretical 9 per week. Never have I gotten 9 per week
- there's always something that prevents it.
