I'm not who you're responding to. No one claims they have to send out
disks they don't have. That's why you have a queue. When you have disks
that say "available now" the next available one should be sent. Not
held onto for a few days because they want you to have less disks.

It happened to me many times, but just go look at the details of the
FRICKIN' LAW SUIT THAT THEY LOST!! I can't believe there are people
still actually arguing this.
