Anyone else experiencing a problem with the BB 3-2-1 plan (3 out, 2 in-store
rentals, and 1 free "previously viewed" DVD)?
The coupons for the in-store rentals and the free DVD are suppose to be
available for printing in the "My Account" section of their web site, but
they're not... at least not for me.
I've called them three times about the problem, but the coupons remain
unavailable to me. On the up side, they've been sending me DVDs from my
queue without charging my account!
