They have changed their service agreement online to state this fact of
limiting. It basically states, up front, that they determine what you will
get and when you will get it. They state, up front, that they do, in fact,
give priority to those that rent the fewest discs. This is completely
spelled out in the terms of service. The concept of unlimited is modified
by these statements.
