Perhaps it is I who is confused ;-0)
The snapshot shows a cue sheet in the edit window. Whenever a cue sheet is
loaded, the next step must be "Check Frames" as the program makes no
assumptions about byte offsets into files. Placing the cursor into the edit
window will cause the program to revert to "Cut Frames" *IF* "Track frame
offsets" were deposited. Otherwise, it will allow "Revise Cuts" to be
active, if one or more passes thru the file have already been made.
So the order of use would be:
a) drag source file
b) drag target folder
c) paste cue sheet (at which time the Instructions will be auto-cleared).
d) Tab out of the edit window, the Tweak box will be selected (modify, if
necessary)
e) Tab to or select "Cut Frames"
At this point the "Revise Cuts" button will be enabled.
Selecting the "Tweak Box" or pasting a cue sheet after this point, will
cause a return to the "Check Frames" state.
After "Revise Cuts," "Cut" will be enabled.
Placing the cursor in the edit window (but not pasting cue data) will
disable "Cuts" and re-enable "Revise Cuts."
So, I'm guessing, from what you've said that after having executed "Check
Frames" and possibly "Revise Cuts," you then pasted the cue sheet into the
edit window? And that would most definitely put you back to step one.
Oh, I guess the Instruction sheet needs to be updated for this phase (I
haven't modified that since beginning on the cues. Sorry:( The old "don't
do as I say, do as I do" thingy!!

Typically, when I first create a ZIP file like this, I let it ZIP the entire
content of the folder. Then I delete from the ZIP file the parts that would
be of no use to the audience. I had never bothered to examine a ZIP before
this. That could be an undesirable trait for some who might do it the same
way ;-)
