I'm seeing multiple IP blocker hits from
companies like Xeex (216.151.128.0-216.151.159.255),
Performance Systems International (38.113.0.0-38.113.255.255)
and others when I'm on Shareaza doing searches or attempting
downloads. I wonder if some of these are using Hawkeye - if
so, they appear to be targeting Gnutella quite heavily.
