It seems BayTSP might also be hosting Hawkeye:
I've seen a packet pattern in my firewall logs quite
similar to that of other fakers, where they hit at
intervals of 3, 6, etc. seconds, doubling each time.
The address in question (on Gnutella right now) was
216.133.221.198, and part of the packet capture had
the word "RELAY" in it.

The cartels' chief enforcer have been known to host
fakes in the past, in addition to their usual anti-p2p
enforcement actions.
