PeerGuardian usually is something people use so they don't get caught using
WinMX, however ZoneAlarm does do a pretty nice job, ZoneAlarm may prevent
some downloads/uploads from happening.
Turn off any firewalls in ZoneAlarm and be sure it is the latest version of
ZoneAlarm free or pro.
I also recommend for thirty bucks or something you can get Norton Internet
Security, just turn off the personal firewall.
