Oh well, looks like I have to cross-post if only to stop posts like
this. The version with the counter is the workprint version, not the
final version, i.e. it is work in progress, and there may be bits
missing from this version. The counter is used for editing purposes I
think. It was released on the same day as the cinema release (or was
it a few hours earlier? Can't remember). Awful quality

The DVD rip version has been available for a couple of months now.
Quality better. Other versions are available.
