Zero search results usually implies that one is attempting to connect as a
primary and has not set up the router (and/or firewall) properly to allow MX
posts to be accessed.

Try secondary connection without ports specified (unable ... to both) and
see if that circumvents the issue. If so, check back for info on setting up
your router.
