If something is the "moral equivalent" to stealing, why would it not BE
stealing? Just because the Feds will not prosecute (generally) small time
offenders, does not mean that you aren't a thief and an asshat for stealing
someone's intellectual property. Jesus Shiteating Christ, you aren't even
trying to justify it. "I want to steal and I can get away with it, so I'm
just gonna do it and fuck anybody who thinks I don't have the right."
