Actually, DVD may be worth more than you know.
Many DVDs come with optional English subtitles for
the hearing impared. Barring that, almost all of them
are Closed Captioned, and most DVD players have
the ability to show the CC through an option in their
setup. So for a minimal investment of around $40-50
for a basic DVD player, you could start watching movies
again.
