Uh no. You aren't gonna be translating anytime soon. Remember how you see
it is how everyone sees it that does not have a dbcs enabled op sys. So you
got to get the op sys in the languages that use dbcs like Koren Japanese and
Vietnamese Chinese... Then you would see the characters correctly but still
won't make any sense unless you have someone that can translate it for you.
