Noticed an 'issue' recently where a lot (not all) of
my downloads start at a reasonable speed all looks good
and then they get slower & slower & guess what, then they
stop and time-out.

Like I say, not all d/l's exhibit this but a lot more are
doing it than I remember ever happening before.
I guess I've noticed this over the last 3-4 weeks.

Actually it's happened right now as I write this, a d/l
started at 30-40 and is now down to 5-7 after about
3 minutes. Time-out comin' up soon I'd say!

Don't nobody go losin' no sleep over this ya hear!
Just an observation, but piggin' annoying.
