You can resume wpn incompletes on OpenNap by searching for the file with
the same name and length, right click on the file you want, download
manually, then browse to file to resume from (your incomplete). You can
find the filelength by decoding the last 8 characters of the incomplete's
filename which are in hexadecimal form.
