Be interesting to see how they get around the RIAA. Apparently the
industry had to pose some tangible threat if FC took the network down.

Do they need to actually find servers or even take down the network?
All they need to do is just sue a few sharers every month (and they're
easy to find) for a few thousand bucks. That way, they can turn P2P
litigation into a new avenue of profit, much more lucrative and
satisfying than the traditional one of selling music that people want
to hear.
