I've found that after WinMx got shut down, that using it to download
from OpenNap servers has gotten faster than ever.

I only have the dreadfully slow dial-up, and yet on most downloads I am
getting between 6 and 7 k's, when it is normally optimized fully at 5
k's, and I didn't change any of the settings.

Any other dial-uppers here who have been similarly blessed by the RIAA?
