They have been trying to sue individual users for many months now and
that strategy has not worked. P2P file sharing is being done in record
numbers. At first, some people were afraid of getting sued, and P2P
traffic went down, but after that initial reaction wore off, it
started to go up again. Most people realize that while suing
individual users may garner a lot of publicity, the chances that any
one sharer might be sued are very slim indeed. I'd probably have a
better chance of being hit by lightning or winning a super lotto
jackpot than being sued by them.

Do the math yourself. There are millions of file sharers world wide,
yet the total number of users they have sued numbers in the hundreds.
