Poor application it should not have been hardcoded Windows 95/98/ME must
look in %windir% for HOSTS and Windows 2000/XP should look in
%windir%\system32\drivers\etc for hosts
Case is important. Make sure the hosts file is NOT Read-only. It may be if
you are using AV software. And it is hosts NOT hosts.txt. No file
extension on it. Open with Notepad.
