Uploading is working again after a lot of playing around with my
firewall (Kerio). Thanks to all, especially whoever mentioned needing
to change the UDP port from 6257 to 6258. That did the trick!

I still need to d/l something and try OpenNap again to be sure...

Use a hosts file avaliable here and elsewhere, TCP port 6699 and UDP
port 6258. This is on a primary connection. Have to try a secondary
one too.
