I tried this last Friday with no success. It showed "Connecting..."
all weekend, even after restarting WinMX and later rebooting the
computer. Perhaps there's another setting to change? I have to have a

Secondary connection because I'm on a LAN behind a firewalled Cable
Router/Modem. Wasn't a problem before. I can connect to OpenNap, but
it seems "clunky," with much fewer hits on searches.
I loaded the latest "hosts" file, and found and imported a new WSX
file. "Preferred peer" is set correctly to North America. What am I
missing?
