Thanks to Saul and to everyone who was helpful (and polite)

I've just set BOTH Incoming TCP and IN/OUT UDP Packets sections to the
"Unable to ....." options, restarted WinMX and now don't have any "waiting
for incoming connections" problems - I have downloads aplenty running and,
thankfully, uploads running fine from both WinMX Peer and OpenNap
connections at the same time.

Many thanks to those who graciously helped me - those peeps have restored my
faith in the Newsgroup. As for all the sarcastic and downright rude comments
I've read whilst trawling through the newsgroup to try to resolve my
comments, all I have to say is that I hope the rude "geeks" someday need my
help! LOL

Anyway - all resolved (for me) and I hope this HELPS other sufferers of the
same problem
