Actually what I did was to open the existing hosts file
using Notepad, and append the entries onto the
end of it and then save it.

Oddly enough, the usual file fakers (Globix, DSL.net,
Fuzion Colo & Xeex) seem to be absent. I wonder if
the cache servers are now blocking them?
