It's OK here (England) with Preferred Peer Cache set to North America. I
haven't tried it set to Europe yet. Time to connect can be variable though,
today it has taken from five seconds to a couple of minutes but it always
connects. I even had my all-time record fastest download this morning, a
whopping 65kB/s !!!!!
