Delete it? No, not wise! Open it with Notepad and look for
redirections to winmx cache servers, then in front of all of those
lines place the '#' sign. So for example the line looking like this:
205.238.40.1 c3310.z1301.winmx.com
gets to look like this:
# 205.238.40.1 c3310.z1301.winmx.com
Furthermore, make sure this entry remains unchanged:
127.0.0.1 localhost
Save the file without an automatic 'txt' extension, and you're done!
