 Anothony let me point out tomething to you.  The hosts file which is used
 here as the fix is NOT necessary once you are connected.  You can put just a
 empty hosts file in it must include a carriage-return though.  Then after
 you are connected rename the fix to hosts.txt and rename your blank to
 hosts.  Just remember name and location is dependent on your op sys.
