You can write with ANY permanent marker. The top of a DVD is plastic. No
problem as the marker ink is in a plastic tube as well. Why don't you just
get labels and print them? Memorex makes good quality DVD labels that look
great when printed in an inkjet printer. I have printed labels on 100's of
DVD with not one problem.
