I think I've isolated the problem but I don't know how to fix it... I
re-installed WinMX because of a minor problem, and on going through the
set-up, it stalled at the outgoing TCP connection test and tells me it
cannot get an outgoing TCP connection. I AM connected to the web. I
switched from a Primary to a Secondary connection because I read
somewhere that you shouldn't use a Primary connection for downloading.
What could be stopping me from getting an outgoing TCP connection? My
router? - I have it mapped... My ISP? This isn't just an occasional
time-out I'm talking about - it's almost everyone who tries to download
from me, and boy, are they ticked off.
