Many thanx to Drac and the other geniuses (genii ?) at winmx world for
helping us all to keep things together. Now, in words of one syllable, can
anyone ( except that fucker Hammerer), please explain to me why I can no
longer connect as a primary? People seem to see my files, but they just
time-out after a short period of time. Is this what happens when the ISP
installs a band width cap, or whatever it's called, on your connection?
