more than likely, your primary ports have been firewalled. time to start
thinking about changing ports.
I do so on a weekly basis here and keep my transfer (upstream) BW
reasonable. this attracts less attention.
btw, paramount pictures got an earful from me yesterday over their little
letter to my ISP. I can't wait to see what they try (this is going to be
fun!).
