I don't know why, but just trying to read the above gives me a
headache. I'm no grammarian, but the above is a better-than-decent
argument against run-on sentences.
Anyway - it sounds like you're having a problem getting DL to start -
and that you keep getting kicked back to the end of the line (though
ommitting much useful info on topics like your internet/winmx set-up,
or even if you're actually sharing anything). As far as I know, and
I've been using WinMX for over 2 years, searching for new sources does
not kick you off queues that you've already entered. The second set of
(apparently) larger numbers may reflect your place in newer queues,
while the lower numbers relate to the queues you first logged into -
from which you may have been cut-off due for a variety of reasons
(disconnect of the end user, or - if he's a secondary - of his primary;
you may have been banned by those original users because you're not
sharing anything; there's nothing wrong with your connection, but the
source user may be jumping other users ahead of you if they're trading
with him, or if they're just seeking small files like MP3's). In other
words, this is the classic "My WinMX won't DL files for me" post.
