How do you know that you're connected to the network? What are your
general internet & winmx settings. This may have nothing to do with
the new patch at all?

Also, how did you install the patch? Specifically what steps did you
take? I DL the new host file and now it's business as usual. News
requiring your installation of limewire is happily misplaced.
