So you are connected. While primary connections are recommended for
DSL, they're not essential. Although with the new hist file, it seems
that WinMX connects much faster as a primary.

Owww, migraine setting in. So you are getting DL? You say you are,
but then you say that whenever (as in, all the time) find new sources,
you end up at the back of the line. How do you know this happens when
you get new sources? What happens when you set AFS to "N"? That would
keep winmx from adding sources. Also, are you sharing completes of the
same files that you're looking to download?
