Gary,
This would have been a simple and quite nice explanation if true, but I
think it's not. When I used the "hosts" file, before switching to the
".dll" solution, I had a black background in that bar with a message,
just like I have now whilst using the ".dll" solution. So it appears to
me that either one method gives the same result, at least for me that
is.
