I don't know about Bit Tottent, but if you mean Bit Torrent, it isn't
immune to anything, actually. In fact, the RIAA just had a high-profile
crackdown on torrent-tracker sites, and according to their own Press
Release, they were pretty darn successful at it. Mind you, those still
using the network would dispute that claim, I'm sure.

Now, as to whether the developer Bram Cohen received a cease-and-desist
letter concerning his code-handiwork, that's something else again.
