It can be done easily with wave editing software, I use Steinberg Wavelab
but there are freeware/shareware alternatives out there. I'm not sure what
you mean by 'her web page will accept wav and midi'. People can and do have
mp3 in their web pages, why can't she?

Have you thought about the legal ramifications of playing copyrighted
material on a web page? At the very least she could be contacted by the
copyright owner to remove the offending material. At worst she could end up
prosecuted.
