Copyright issues aside, the website wav file may not need to be PCM 44.1KHz, stereo, 16
bits per sample. For instance, convert it to PCM wav at 11025Hz, mono, 16 bits per
sample, thereby reducing the 34MB file to 4.25MB (1/8 reduction). Or reduce it even
further, to 2.125MB, by converting original wav to 11025Hz, mono, 8 bits per sample. On
the down side, the file will sound a lot like wma.
