Drumbeat and iSwipe used to be the OpenNap leeching tools for the Mac. iSwipe was known
to use a single fake Britney Spears song as decoy since many operators blocked
non-sharers. Later iSwipe allowed a generous 100 files to be shared in its download
folder. Both apps leeched off multiple networks. I believe most Mac leeches are now
"above using p2p" and "against file-sharing piracy" and have gone to iTunes, where they've
established that 99 cents is the "sweet spot" for pricing digital singles and "DRM is a
good thing".
For the "rogue" Mac users who want to use OpenNap (and other p2p):

iSwipe: http://www.hillmanminx.net/iswipe/index.html
I haven't seen either client on OpenNap for a long time. Probably reporting themselves as
some other client.
