Well, winmxgroup.com has an installer now for the DLL fix. Now all they need
is a good website layout (Nothing complicated, just good-looking.) and the
newbies will choose the website that has "winmx" in the url.

As an aside, the installer is nice and all, but it would be nice to also
have the option to download the DLL alone.

The DLL fix seems to do everything I want, and nothing I don't.
